Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of billboard advertising services by Signwise. By submitting an inquiry or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services D.C. Signwise Ltd provides outdoor billboard advertising space for rent at locations across Nicosia, Cyprus. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation in writing by Signwise.
2. Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Signwise. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each campaign and specified in the service agreement. Full payment is required before artwork is displayed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Artwork & Specifications The client is responsible for providing print-ready artwork in the correct format and dimensions as specified by Signwise. Artwork must be submitted at least 5 business days before the agreed display start date. Signwise reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet technical specifications or contains unlawful content.
4. Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the display start date, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fee may apply. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded in full unless print production has already commenced.
5. Liability Signwise will make every reasonable effort to ensure your advertisement is displayed for the full agreed period. However, we accept no liability for interruptions caused by weather, vandalism, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will offer a comparable alternative period or proportional refund.
6. Client Responsibilities The client warrants that all advertising content submitted is lawful, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and complies with all applicable advertising standards in Cyprus.
7. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
8. Changes to These Terms Signwise reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this website.
